Chloe's Character Not Being Added to DCU

Can we take Chloe not being added to the comics as a sign that there will be a Chlois reveal?  I know that Al/Miles interpretation of Superman doesn't necessarily have to harmonize with the comics in the end.  But what if they aren't adding her because the writers have decided that Chloe will indeed be Lois Lane?

 So give it to me straight.  Should I be excited about the bracelets?   Is there any significance to the fact that Chloe always wears her bracelets on her right arm?
